Job Summary:
The Staff Accountant II supports the day‑to‑day accounting operations for a $100M+ multi‑entity portfolio that includes healthcare clinics, outsourced physicians and nurses, a technology business, real estate holdings, a value‑based care business, and a small pharmacy.
This role performs core staff‑level accounting activities—including bank reconciliations, accounting inbox management, invoice processing, and journal entries—but at a higher level of quality, speed, and independence than an entry‑level staff role.
The ideal candidate is a strong executor who thrives in a high‑transaction environment, completes bank reconciliations efficiently, and actively uses technology and accounting systems to increase transaction throughput and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2–4 years of accounting experience in a transactional or close‑support role
Demonstrated ability to complete bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
Experience working in high‑volume or multi‑entity environments
Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, data review, basic formulas)
Preferred Qualifications:
NetSuite experience preferred, particularly with transaction processing, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Experience in healthcare, professional services, staffing, or multi‑entity organizations
Familiarity with reconciliation or close tools (e.g., FloQast, BlackLine, or structured Excel processes)
Demonstrated interest in using technology and systems to increase accounting efficiency
